Hear From Our Volunteers
“One of my first mentees was a young boy with anger management issues. Over time, we worked on controlling his temper through mindfulness techniques. Eventually, he opened up about being teased at school, which was the source of his frustration. By the end of our mentoring, he was proud to tell me that he hadn’t had a ‘red card’ in two years. We high-fived in the hallway, and it was a proud moment for both of us.”
You, too, can help change a young person’s life with just one hour of your time each week. Become a volunteer mentor today and make a lasting difference.
Safer Recruitment Process
At Mentor Link, we prioritise safeguarding children through our Safer Recruitment procedures. All applicants must complete an enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check, provide two references, and successfully finish our Mentor Link Induction Training, which includes Safeguarding Children Training.
