BUILDING POSITIVE RELATIONSHIPS; BE A MENTOR
Mulberry Foster Care contacted Mentor Link summer last year to support a boy in their care and saw that Mentor link was the ideal mentoring service they were looking for.
From then on, we have supported many children and young people in their care, as they believe that these children benefit from having someone impartial, to share their thoughts and feelings with.
Mentor Link’s relationship with Mulberry Foster Care has grown from strength to strength over the last 12 months, with positive results, and we are proud to share that we will be supporting all of those children and young people in their care, who need a dedicated Mentor to support them through any challenges in life.
To these children it is invaluable to have an adult in their lives who provides a listening ear, and a safe space each week.
Thank you to Marc Heptinstall, Team Manager for his time yesterday meeting our staff, Trustees and volunteer Mentors, and we are looking forward to working with you and your team and supporting the children and young people in your care.
