We urgently need volunteer mentors in the Wolverhampton and Herefordshire and Worcestershire area so if you live in these areas and would like to volunteer please contact us on enquiries@mentorlink.org.uk for further details.

A Volunteer Mentor will spend around half an hour with a young person providing one to one listening and therapeutic support.

We endeavour to place the volunteers in a school that is geographically nearest to them and volunteers from all backgrounds and age groups are welcome to apply. Life experiences are essential for this role.

No specific qualifications required, but a range of skills are desirable including the ability to relate well to children, listening skills, reliability, good communication skills and a non-judgemental nature.
