Teddy’s new tie

Our lovely mentors at Mentor Link provide weekly one-to-one listening and support to young people in schools across the West Midlands. At the start of the new academic year the mentors often provide practical advice and support to the young people to help them settle into their new school or classes. One of our mentees is a young boy who does not live with his mum or dad and was struggling to learn how to put on his new school tie. The mentor brought teddy in and spent the session showing him how to put a tie on and look fabulous for school ……..and here is the result……..
